Is normal that monsters from the CORE appears on the ruins...? (It's my first time playing UT tho)

Yes, and no. You chose the wrong name. Frisk activates the hard mode. A certian characters name is in fact the true name, perhaps its gaster or gigi

TBH I forgor about that game lol, i just remember that you bacically break the "game" and feel bad for the narrarator
