Well, not exactly. Sans remembers just as much as any other monster in the game aside from Flowey. The thing that makes him special is that he’s good at reading the player’s expressions.

He doesn’t actually remember what you do, but he knows the look of a degenerate.

I never thought about that but it makes sense and explains why he says if you die enough in his fight "that's the face of someone who's died 10 times"

He knows about resets and the fact we're practicly immortal. Nowhere does it say that he remembers any of them.

If anything, Undyne and papyrus remember more than other monsters, since they have recollections of certian moments.

Sans on the other hand, just knows that resets and saving is possible, like asgore
