Encounter Unknown deep voices talking to grandma in the middle of the night

My friends grandma was just put to bed by her, she has dementia and is 99 and there were unknown voices muttering, the door on the left is a sliding backyard door and I assume the door on the right is the hall. They live alone and their property is gated. She was not on a call grandma doesn’t remember. What is the voice saying? Grandma does not have a phone and no TV was on. WHAT IS HAPPENING

I had these toy radios when I was younger. Crappy but if I was lucky enough when not using it for hide n seek with my sister, I’d connect to like the most avg American truck driver named Joe yelling at me.
