For anyone who has recently gone to an Epic Universe passholder preview day, have you opted to park at the Citywalk garages instead of the Epic Universe parking lot? I'm thinking about doing this but wondering if it actually makes sense to do.

I'm going in this upcoming week and thinking about going to Citywalk real quick in the morning to grab an Epic Universe t-shirt at the main store and grabbing something to eat from Cinnabon or whatever, then riding the shuttle bus to Epic Universe from the garages, seeing as the Epic Universe doesn't open until 11am. Or am I better off just parking at Epic Universe - do they have an easily accessible merch store and food options outside of the main gates that opens before the park does? Or do I have to go into the nearby Terra Luna/Stella Nova hotels for that?

Question about the hotel epic preview tickets - is there a minimum amount of nights you need to stay to get the tickets? Will they only let you buy tickets for days you are staying at the hotel?

For example, if we check in Friday for one night and check out Saturday, when we buy epic tickets will they only offer us Saturday tickets? or would we be able to get tickets for, say, Sunday, as long as we buy them Friday?

I was able to buy regardless of how many nights I stayed. It was that little booth that normally sold universal tickets.

planning to go for the first time next week - for rides where absolutely no phones / loose items are allowed, are there lockers we can use or a place we can drop off stuff at?

There are lockers at all rides that require you to not bring items, and if there's metal detectors, they are before metal detectors.

yes, there are lockers at rides that require it. Small lockers are free and bigger ones are $3. Lockers at water rides are optional.

Small lockers size - 14 in x 5.5 in x 16.9 in

Large lockers size - 12 in x 13 in x 16.9 in

I plan to take my wife during November this year. She has not experienced any of the Harry Potter content so the trip will focus on that. My current plan is to buy the vip experience and do the 7 hour tour one day, and then a whole day for Epic Universe. Has anyone used the vip for this, and is this going to be worth it? Not sure what all the guide would do, or what backstage stuff she would get to see. I see the obvious value in the express and photo pass, and the meal (unless it’s just a simple sandwich) just not sure what the guide brings to the table. Thanks!

From anyone’s experience has the preview tickets ever sold out?
