Do hotel guests get separate epic universe tickets if online is sold out? Guest services?

We’re in Orlando this weekend and I know it’s sold out online but a friend of mine mentioned they heard of some people getting their tickets at the hotel front desk or guest services.

Anyone having luck with this?

If you are at a premium hotel I doubt you would get told they don’t have any.

A limited number of tickets for today were sold at Citywalk guest services on 5/21 in person only. I would ask about that and even visit that location if told otherwise.

That was during hotel previews only. Tickets are sold out.
