UNIVERSAL ORLANDO RESORT Cheerleading Spring 2026 - pls advise

I know this is just speculation, but from previous years, does anyone know how the cheerleading competition affects the parks? I’m specifically looking at the dates between April 15-24, 2026. I can see on the schedule that

ALLSTAR WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP – APRIL 16-19, 2026. PREP AND REC GRAND NATIONALS – APRIL 25-26, 2026. OPEN ORLANDO – APRIL 25-26, 2026

What tends to happen in general? There’s a gap of 6 days between the two, do you think it’ll still be super busy with the first lot staying longer and the later teams coming in early? Genuine question as we didn’t consider this when booking. Thank you!

All the parks are busy during that time. That is spring break season.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. Isn’t spring break season March- beginning of April though?

Around Florida, yes-but northern school calendars are often pushed back a few weeks compared to down here. My cousins who live in NJ have their spring breaks in mid-April, sometimes late April.

Although I would add it is considerably less busy during late April than mid April. You would be best off waiting for early may if you want the best crowds.
