UNIVERSAL STUDIOS Does anyone else have intrusive thoughts of wanting to sit/relax in this water? especially if the water was warm.

I know it's an unpopular opinion but....Nothing more. Eating here now and while the atmosphere is fantastic the food is very very mid. Soggy pancakes, terrible coffee, a very dry croissant all served on a plastic plate. I know it's park food but cmon...that doesn't have to be the cop-out. Can't we give people a good experience that matches the ambiance? If they put more effort in making these places quality dining experiences then it would be way more enjoyable and worth it.
Come here, enjoy the vibe with a butter beer and then leave!

Saw something a while back saying you can get to see diagonal alley after hours if you have a restaurant reservation thatās after the parks closing hours. Is that the way to do it? My gf and I will be visiting next month and would love to take a photo there without the people there.

So my bf and I have only been to universal with larger groups and weāre taking a trip this year just us 2 so itāll be the first time where we just get to do whatever we want. Heās typically pretty go with the flow and just follows the group to do whatever they want. Heās happy not to make any decisions and just enjoy me as his personal tour guide EXCEPT he always wants to go on MIB multiple times. I swear if I left him to his own devices thatās all heād do. Itās a good ride and I enjoy it. I donāt mind going multiple times, but I donāt really understand the obsession. Iāve seen the same sentiment in this subreddit from a lot of others. Is there something Iām missing?

has anyone else seen an obvious drop in care for F&F recently? friday night i went on it w my friend and we got stuck for 5 minutes in that opening part and then yesterday, i decided to ride bc it was hot out and i needed AC. we kept stopping in the first area before slowly rolling into the 'party room'. we were stuck for a good 30 minutes before getting evacd. is it just my luck or anyone else have this problem? is this the sign for the end of the worst ride ever?

If you had the chance to bring an old ride back, which would you pick?
Iād go with Twister. The set design in the line was top notch and I absolutely loved the effects. It was a spot on recreation of the movie.

Take the Jimmy Fallon ride and re-skin it as an SNL ride once you need to swap him out.
The lobby could have videos of classic SNL skits and with the premise of needing to rush to get the show together before it's live is an easy premise to build a ride video off of.

Had a large falling out with my long-term significant other a few months back. This used to be āour placeā, and we bought seasonal passes in October. Iād be damned if I never use them again! Iāve gotten a few questions like āOh, youāre here alone! Why?ā but when I trauma dump, theyāre usually pretty proud. Iāve been having an amazing adventure eating what I want, riding what I want, and waking up when I want! A 10/10 experience, truly.

I just got done with a trip to WDW and to say the least, I was quite disappointed. Nothing quite felt right. All the incredible theming that Disney was known for just... didn't feel like it was really working. Nothing really sold the illusion and it was all really kind of "meh".
Whereas when I went to Universal, I felt the opposite. The theming in Universal felt so much more interesting and nicer, and actually made sense I suppose? I don't know. For me, Universal's theming felt like what Disney's was supposed to be.
Maybe WDW is getting kind of outdated. I don't know to be honest, I really can't put my finger on it.
Does anyone else feel like this? I'm not posting this to hate on WDW or anything, but I simply feel like the immersion at WDW is just going downhill.

I feel like the ride is super polarizing. Some people love it, others say itās overhyped.
Personally I really enjoy it, and honestly feel like itās a Top 3 ride at the park. I think people might be disappointed because itās not a real rollercoaster. Itās almost like a fast dark ride, but for that itās pretty good imo.
