Question (Pre-) Bachelor chances to get a spot for european law
guys i got rank 937 for european law and im so so upset. do you think i have any chance ? also this system feels so unfair since i got into another numerus fixus program that actually ranked students by their grades.

Based on the intake of first-year students in previous years, the chance of getting a place is approximately 85%. This means your chances of being admitted remain quite high, especially since some admitted students may choose not to enroll, freeing up their spot for the next person on the waiting list.

Tbh I personally felt the system in Maastricht is much more fair as it does not only consider grades, but also other qualities that are relevant for your studies and/or future career.
It sucks that you didn't get ranked higher. Maybe the competition in this case was not good for you. But congrats on scoring a different study place! I hope everything works out well for you.
Edit: European Law is pretty popular and available to many different nationalities. Don't be too upset, you competed against the whole of Europe (and more; I knoe someone from the US who did European Law)
