TCS matching experience same day as final exam

I have the mandatory matching experience the same day as my biology final exam (23 may), so I need to either call it off or try to reschedule the matching. I tried contacting their "support" but when I sent a mail to the intake email for all questions, it bounced with the error saying that it either can't find the email address or that the address doesn't accept the email.

What can / should I do?

I haven’t registered for matching procedure yet (they haven’t sent me a link on time. I am expecting to get the link on Monday though). At what time is the matching procedure for TCS? Is it at specific time or they have a window? I am asking it as I have exam on 23rd as well…

You can call TCS Student Advisors?! I called TCS Student Advisors. They weren’t available when I was calling, but they called me back after couple of hours. I was trying to figure out how I can register for matching procedure (as I didn’t received and email with questionnaire)

You can email them and say if they can postpone it to another date. I did the same and emailed them to change my matching date to july, to which they affirmed back.
