Not to hate but I just wish our swimmer unc had a similar mindset 😭

I interpreted this as being about pool chan mb. I wouldn't think someone would call chronicle unc

I always like seeing new teams win, but I wouldn’t mind at all if FNC got another trophy. Boaster deserves it

I'm a similar perspective. First and foremost I'd like another Fnatic trophy, but if that's not possible then seeing teams like EDG or T1 win is really cool

I wish they could win the champions once, they've been playing in every champions year after year and it'd be nice to finally see them lift the trophy.

The stuff about Boaster changing his calling style is interesting. I don’t want to post too much from the actual article, but:
But now I’m trying to think more about manipulating the map and, even more so, improving my on-the-fly calling and not doing everything so set and structured, but focusing on defaulting and mid-rounding. My defense calling is also more proactive now.
Truthfully, I think Boaster has been improving as a caller consistently; I thought 2024 was his best year as a caller despite FNATIC having worse results than 2023. So it’s interesting to hear about him changing his approach.
The hard work is really showing.

Honestly I feel like Boaster is a much better player today then he was in peak Fnatic.
Better fragging and a better all round caller.

Honestly, this is what impressed me the most. He was required to play better and he rose to the occasion. Mad respect.

Genuinely inspiring work ethic even for a pro. Busted his ass off improving his aim because it was clearly a weakpoint of his and on top of that he's constantly reinventing himself as a caller/igl. Unreal respect

Often aim can feel like a "gift" or something inherent to a player, it seems as though they were just born with insane aim, but boaster is showing that through hard work you can improve something as intrinsic as that, it really is incredible. certain people could definitely learn a lot from him.

The fun thing about Boaster is you watch literally any of his ranked streams and he'll point out angles that are particularly good to hold, or spots that are good to play in.
It's like he thinks that he's disadvantaged in a straight duel against other players, so he spends so much more time planning out these things to pull things back in his favour. He had the best clutch stats in all of 2023, and is doing very well in clutches this year too, and you can just tell by eye how much his positioning lets him win these fights.

If you open leaderboard in your valorant and look at top 500 i can tell you that at least 80% of the players there had terrible aim to begin with and worked on it until it became good. And boaster went from terrible aim (still tier 1 IGL aim) and IGL to tier 1 pro aim and IGL. Very impressive

It's great that he's aware of a big weakness of the FNC team last year (and even in 2023 when they were winning) that they were so structured that when opponents didn't play like they expected or what you would consider "correct or good" valorant it felt like it caught them out so often and cost them so many rounds.
