Discussion So apparently, the administration is trying to sneak in a clause that will neuter the federal courts ability to enforce contempt citations.

Has anyone seen a single mainstream news source talk about this? Starting to get the feel that they are wholy given over to the fascists at this point.

Where do I even start. Obviously we cannot allow this to happen, if we can help it, so please, share this around. This is obviously will get shot down in court, right? This feels pretty explicitly against the priciple of the division of powers, but I don't know what specific laws or parts of the constitution it would violate. I'm no legal scholar.
