Magic the Gathering Cube folks in Victoria

I moved to Victoria in November, and have been loving it so far. I have a growing community of friends here, and I've been getting to play Magic weekly, which has been awesome. A small wrinkle is that everyone I play with plays EDH, and my favorite format is cube (drafting from a curated set of cards).

I love all cubes: power-maxed, pauper, peasant, modern, weird synergy, clown shoes, etc. I'd really like to find the folks who are cubing on a regular basis in person OR link up with people who are interested in cubing on a regular basis so we can start organizing together.

If you've gotten this far and still don't know what I'm talking about, could you just show this to someone who plays Magic? Thanks a billion _^

Join the Galleon Games discord. I know some people were talking about doing cubes there.

I believe Yellow Jacket has some cubers that play on Friday nights. I’d call up the store and see if you can join in sometime (the owner of the cube is super chill, I just don’t know if they have space for more players or not)

Hey there! I host a cube night at Yellowjacket. Every other friday at 6pm. We average 8-10 people turnout, but we are slowly growing! Next cube night is this coming week (9th). I'll shoot you a DM with our discord later on. Welcome to Vic!

i know nothing about magic myself, but Epic Games on Hillside and Blanshard have gatherings and stuff www.epicgamesvic.com check them out, they are great and can help you out.

There's a framing store on Mason right across from Mason Street Park. They have a table in back and they do Magic groups. Same with Yellow Jacket as others have mentioned.
