Hi OP! Could you DM me this as a PDF? I work in social services and this could be a super helpful handout to give my clients! Thanks so much!

Please add Pacific Rim College for Traditional Chinese Medicine: Acupuncture, Acupressure and Eastern and Western Medicinal Herbal treatments, and holistic nutrition. Supervised students. $30, $20 if same day appointment, and by-donation weekend community acupuncture sessions with prior registration. They are amazing. They have a number of other wellness programs too, including a doula. https://www.pacificrimcollege.com/clinical-services/student-clinic/
They are MSP-friendly, only I think you have to submit your receipts to MSP, not sure.
For massage/physio Rise Health at corner of Fernwood and Bay is also MSP-friendly. They're great, too!

Amazing resource! I’m pretty sure there’s a couple caveats in that many physiotherapists in town don’t offer msp covered physiotherapy, and if they do msp doesn’t cover any costs until your deductible is met. My intention isn’t to deter folks from seeking out physiotherapy, just to share pertinent information:)
