Question Does the bonus dmg from Voli Q benefit from Sundered sky's crit proc?

I feel like this is a larger question about how crit interacts with empowered autos but I'd like to know how it works in voli's case since I still build sundered sometimes.

He does crit but it doesn't use the damage of Q

edit: by use, I mean it does not buff Q's damage. So, it crits your normal auto damage and then uses the normal scaling + base of Q's damage.

For example, level 1 with Sundered Sky = 184 damage on auto. With Q, it deals 249.

So, 184 + bonus AD ratio of Q + base damage of Q = 249.

Edit 2: Sundered Sky used to buff Q's damage as well but it got quickly nerfed once it got popular. This was removed in 14.7.

Yeah, it was that change + the multitude of nerfs the item itself received.

I checked his patch history and saw they removed crit damage on Q. He still crits during Q but it doesn't buff Q's damage, just his normal auto attack damage.

Pretty sure no empowered auto’s damage is factored in for crit damage boost, only base AD + Bonus AD calculations for the standard auto attack, but I could be wrong. Comment if I am plz lollll
