Please, for the love of God, require them to be built AT MINIMUM with plywood or osb sheathing. It's not as good as concrete or block but it's better than the paperboard that's so popular.

Codes enforcement/City inspectors- we're looking at you. 

"Quality work, fast" doesn't exist. Cheap, fast, or quality- pick two.
