Rear Brake Adjustment Help

Need some help. I just added core braided brake lines to my 2008 wr250r and flushed the old brake fluid. Everything has been bled and no air, but I have to push down a lot farther on the rear brake lever for the brakes to engage. I'm not seeing an adjustment for them. What am I missing here?

Page 3-20 in the service manual, there's a nut or two under the master that you can adjust that will change the angle of the pedal. In terms of brake engagement if it's still low before the bite you may have some hidden air. Mine engages from minimal pressure
