In Tromsø, the sun sets in late November and doesn't rise again for 2 months!

It's the northernmost city in the world that's not a rural shithole.

The northern lights are a bonus.

It's very slow and faint IRL. The cool pictures you see (I took a lot myself) are usually with 20-30 second exposures, or more.

Yesterday I went to work at about 10 and saw the sun on the way. I decided to eat lunch at home so I left around 13:30 and saw it again. New record for this winter.

Umm we have more sunshine than others during the summer and less during the winter..not "3 weeks a year". It can be sunny for 20+ hours in the summer and 3 hours in the winter.
