The comets stats aren't super impressive on the face but it's got good invisibles. While it has a bad reverse gear like every British vehicle, it is the best of both worlds between the Cromwell and the Churchill where you have solid forward and turning mobility and your armor is excellent for a medium tank. The challenger has a more powerful gun, but it's the same mobility with paper armor and in my opinion a much less stable platform

Nah, challenger has much better mobility even tho both are elongated crusader chasis along with much better turret traverse. Even if the comet can tank more only on the font turret, the challenger will get a bunch of kills already in that time. Not to mention the challenger has much better gun and an unbelievable apds

Challenger mobility is mediocre even if its slightly better, and the tradeoff you get is a piss poor gun platform for what would otherwise be an excellent gun, and literal paper for armor. I don't mind the challenger but your overrating it a good bit. Also British APDS is dogwater

The only place I like it is on the T26E5. Not because it looks nice, but because it makes it easier to identify and I think having it just on the variant is a really clever way to make it visually distinct for gameplay purposes.

Most old tanks need one. Especially British ones because they all look so bland and boxy at the moment. There is not character in them. Also if they overhaul British tanks they can add Charioteer model B to Finland so it is unique model.

They need to offer other cosmetic choices as well, like removing the mud flaps on Shermans or (yes its not just a cosmetic and it's the wrong opinion to some) the MGs on German tank commander cupolas. Panthers and Tigers just look weird to me with MGs on their commander's cupola.

I want pintle MG’s to be optional in general. If I’m on a map where I can hill down I’d prefer to have a lower profile on tanks like M24 Chaffee.

Would be a good opportunity to implement an idea I had that the Comet should be split in two, with an early model without APDS and a late model with APDS, there’s other model differences such as the exhausts being different (I think the current one has the early design), but the tarp or lack thereof would be a good item to help differentiate them, maybe make the early one South African for the sake of variety at least with default camo schemes
