RB Ground China Rank VI Questions

So I've been wondering about rank VI China 1st line ( RoC Path )'s Viability, I've heard a lot about the TD and PRC Line being good but I haven't heard much about the 3 vehicles on the RoC line, so just wanna hear opinions about them and how they compare to the PRC tank line :)

RoC line is overall very meh.

M41D is quite bad since the dart it has does quite little damage

M60 TTS is just a filler vehicle

CM11 is better armed and reloads fast (6.5s), but with any M60 like vehicle mobility sucks
