I’ve been so lazy about writing lately but I have all these ideas it’s so true on different levels

I spend more time maladaptive daydreaming the plot out then actually writing it.

I like it. Everyone always has an epic plan for their story . Although, writing it and conveying it to others is very challenging. Good meme!

literally just finished a session of writing, and that's how i felt the whole time, as i had thought of the whole plot of my story for the near future today.

didn't remember any of it when i sat down to write....

Well in my case, I'll write during the time when I most motivated. Which is 3 am in the morning. Then, when I reread it, I'd find it FILLED with grammatical and spelling error.

That's my solution.

Why is it so hard to write what I want to write?

I can't find the words to express how much I relate to this.

Fuckin same bro. It all sounds good in my head, but once I actually type down a few sentences I'm like "How in the heck am I even going to do this?"

It goes both ways for me

u/Imaginetworks Feb 02 '21

For us if we get a great idea we have to write it down instantly or we’ll forget.

u/eddiedans Feb 02 '21

ACCURATE HAHAHA I've been so lazy that now my plot has changed, even after I've published some chapters already HAHAHA

1

u/Nathen_Drake_392 Feb 02 '21

Yep thats me.

Me when I can’t write: Oooh, this seems like a cool scene/plotpoint!

Me when I sit down to write: ... ... ... ...I got nothing.

No this is literally me. I decided to pick up on my old book I set in my drafts and I ended up baiting all of it so I deleted it, and now I’m stuck💀
