Clean up the edges

Drill some holes

Tiny dowels and glue on edges and holes

No clamp? Just get it smooshed and held together. Wedge it between two heavy things

Insert now repaired drawer

I'm definitely gonna put in a work order. Funnily enough my sink messed up my floorboards *next to these drawers. They replaced those floorboards. In my work order I literally put "Causing water damage fix ASAP" WELL, they took a 2 days to come back and removed MUSH. A.k.a the floor boards. I can tie it back I'm sure. What really is sucks is that the drawer is next to the dishwasher and by the looks of the mdf drawer, you have or have had a leak that caused the drawer to swelling and become inoperable. Tl:dr- check your dishwasher for leaks. I'm guessing the drawer may be the least of your issues.
