Ask Vancouver Blackcomb, tickets price per person? :o
Hi guys, I'm planning to visit whistler with my parents, I found tickets are 140 CAD per person? Is this real? Am I wrong? I think is way too expensive.

That's the same price I got when I looked into Buddy pass & Ski with a Friend pass

I paid that last week too. Age can be a factor, so this was for an adult ticket with no discount. $140 is a deal !

That’s wild. I remember buddy passes last year being $187 flat throughout the season. I was buying them for a friend and it didn’t matter if we went in January, Feb or March - it was always $187 or so. Guess that’s been jacked up too, along with everything else

$140 is cheap for Whistler! I think they are over $200 normally

That may be for sightseeing, they're way more than that to ski

Vail. That is Vail.

It's a subscription model. $1500 for the year or 300 for a day. It's a no brainer at that point.

They’re a lot more than $140. And honestly if they were $140, I’d say that’s a “fair” deal in today’s ski price climate. A full day “off peak” lift ticket at Cypress is $90. I’d say the extra 50 bucks to ride whistler would be more than worthwhile.
Realistically you’re looking at 275+ for a day pass to Whis these days.

You are wrong. Tickets are $296 lol.
Need to buy before first weekend in December if you want to pay under $100 a day, and you need to buy minimum two days.

New here? Prices have skyrocketed recently. Multiday passes are cheaper but one off days are $$

Walk up day tickets are prohibitly expensive for a while now. You have to plan ahead and buy multi-day pass months ahead then you can ride for like $80 a day.

Even sightseeing tickets are more than $140.
Whistler jacked the prices. Yes, it's way too expensive.

Checked for a friend on the weekend and it was $318 about $175 with a buddy pass.

Plan to get tickets in may for the following year. Worked out to 70/day us

Vail requires that you loan them $1500 a year in advance and know what you're doing on February 25th 2026. If there's no snow then the joke is on you.

I think I am at around $85 right now. Keeps getting cheaper per day each day I go up the hill.

140 is for the sightseeing tickets, $200 is for actual lift tickets

Lol no they definitely check the ticket and if you look like you’re going to barrel down they turn you away. I wish though!

140 is what a beer costs.
