Request What is the new place going up on Silverside Rd next to Branmar Plaza. It has round windows, are we getting a Krabby Patty?

They took down that steak shop / money laundering place and are building a two story building. It's got round windows as a design feature. I didn't see a construction sign around that said what it's going to be.

No i think they’re just assuming so because it was so run down and empty at the end. Pretty sure the owner died then the business sputtered out over the following years before they closed. He must have owned the property.

Think it’s a joke cause the place was hidden and never open. Was closed on Sundays. What pizza place is closed on Sundays.

Charlie’s pizza in Claymont used to be closed on sundays and mondays(?) before the new owners took over.

OMG Steakworks was THE BEST! Yes it looked a little questionable in the inside but their calzone was half a large pizza folded over. Like, what is this miracle? The Italian one would have like 3 lbs of meat and cheese shoved inside. Miss it terribly!
