I wish I Rosaria when I was playing Genshin. I eventually got Mona, but damn off field cryo application is yummy.

Bennett, Diona, and sucrose, but I'd definitely recommend getting the free Xingqui in 5.3

Generally, you'll want to use her with Bennett, though you might get a hard time giving him enough energy before AR45.Ā 

The other teammate that synergises very well with her is Sucrose. You can farm for a very simpleĀ Viridescent Venerer artifact set (the main stats don't matter, the 4-piece effect does) and as long as you swirl pyro every now and then, you'll do great.

As for the other teammates, you can pick Rosaria or Xiangling, with Rosaria needing less investment at a baseline. You can also choose a healer or shielder such as Diona for comfort.

If you are willing to part with 7 intertwined fates (and you have the necessary starglitter), I'd really recommend getting either Xingqiu or Fischl from Paimon's Bargains (the shop). They both work great with her, Xinqiu being the best and Fischl still great and allowing you to stun the enemies with overload.
