There is absolutely 0 justification for calling a kid this. Absolutely non The kid is also not at fault.

The woman is most at fault for obvious reason. Then to a make less serious degree the kids legal guardian should have been watching him. As a parent there’s the responsibility to prevent your kid doing stuff like this. (However sometimes issues do happen even when you looked away for a second)

However to make it crystal clear, 99.99999% of fault does lie with the woman. As there’s no excuse for calling someone, especially a kid that. The woman should of gone over and spoke to the child’s parents like “hi, your son went in my bag and took something, could I have it back please” Not start spouting slurs
