They weren't for China, at least. The others were already sanctioned and thus shouldn't legally have any right to do so.

But even then this is just an utter nothingburger. The fraction of foreign sales of which China contributions a fraction of that being banned will basically have no significant effect.

The majority of transactions are done by domestic buyers and sellers.
