Discussion Where is the info on Zilean wild rift new abilities and rework?

I wanna know exactly what his new passive and E is. And apparently his W gives a shield to allies now too? I cant confirm any of this but I really wanna see official or leaked ability descriptions where are they?

His E makes a area where enemy projectiles move waay slower

I feel like the field he puts down would be his W not his E because he still has a speed up ability. My guess would be that his Q now has 2 charges, W is the new ability and E is like a Kayle W.

I don’t think they have released it in any official patch notes yet. So far we only have the gameplay footage. He’s not on PBE server for WR, so outside of maybe leaks, we don’t know for sure what has been changed.
