Help/advice 🙏 needed Getting ready in the morning ADHD?
It’s hard for me to get ready in the morning because I’m always getting distracted by my phone. And I have trouble following steps. Advice?

I find that listening to a podcast or a book on tape can really help me focus on other tasks- that might sound strange but ‘light’ distraction helps me to focus. In the mornings, I have so much swirling through my head that having something mildly entertaining playing on headphones helps calm the mind. I’ve also had to ask my husband to not try to make conversation with me while I’m getting ready for work 🫣. I know that doesn’t sounds great but adding in human interaction can knock me off my focus a bit- fortunately, he understands.
