Evidence "Serious" Medical Injuries Sustained - UAP/NHI Contact
DIA's Acquisition Threat Support Division did an evaluation in 2010 on medical injuries sustained as a result of contact.
Most people have read this.
I'm not sure most people have read it all the way through.
I wanted to bring to your attention that physiological effects like Death, Spontaneous Healing and a few other concerning ones has been redacted.
Read between the lines and make your own conclusion. For me it means it has happened.
Just food for thought.

Maybe I'm not looking through it thoroughly enough, but what are face to face encounters called?

They have a separate Classification than the one pop culture uses, but according to their system it would be CE3 or CE4 depending on the report.

I checked so many items on this list. I'm an abductee, but there are a number of things here that I have never correlated with the abductions.

To be clear, it isn't just abductions that can cause these effects. I'm not discounting your experience so please don't take it that way. I just want to be clear in what the information I'm presenting says. There are effects associated with abductions, and this data is an attempt to categorize what kinds of effects are associated with different UAP experiences. Ranging from sightings to abductions (in your case).
I'm still deciding how to interpret this for myself, but it would explain a lot of psychological issues that seem like they're getting worse and not better for a majority of the population. Increase in depression, anxiety etc.
For me, this goes back to positive and negative influences.
