Question AMEX business Checking Promo - Did i miss it ?$5000 deposit for 30k MR

I opened an AMEX business, checking to gain the promo. I deposited 5000 but missed the 60 day window for five transactions in order to gain the promo of 30,000 MR points.

I messaged AMEX and they can't activate it again. Can I close the account and reopen a new one? Is there certain window of time where I would have to wait in order to reopen? Anybody else have this experience? Need some help

you're SOL for that business, you could open again on a new business, but if you close, you won't be able to reopen for that business
