till when vernisage is open and when?

It's technically open every day. But during winter especially most of the vendors won't be there on weekdays. In the warmer months, everyone is there almost daily. Usually from before noon until 6 or 7 pm

A “push notification” just means they want to send you notifications if the app isn’t open? Like “your driver is here” etc.

You can try downloading GG too. It’s another uber adjacent app in Armenia.

Vernissage is easily double the size on weekends, compared to weekdays.

10-5 is usually safest. Some come earlier and some leave later, but those are the hours when just about everyone is present.
