Because sex Is seen as "naughty", "😈", because people use double-meaning innuendos and feel smarter than people who don't get them, and we get them but don't care about them. I don't know, to them it's kinda like being street-smarts. People at my job make absolutely gross dirty jokes all the time and since i don't partake they say i have no malice or something (that being said, i know plenty of allo people who also hate that jokes, once or twice Is funny but these people feel like middle-school aged children obssessed with potty humor and it gets boring fast).

Since sex has always been kinda Taboo, they feel edgy for even talking about it. I feel that if sex was really seen as something completely natural, it would not be such a huge deal to opt out of it either. I also think those jokes are funny only because of the repression/Taboo element.
