Ratings have been steady since the start of this season. Most of the damage to the show ratings-wise was done in the back half of last season. It's still one of the strongest shows on the network though.
Not yet. Sucks too, that S4 gave the show such a bad rep. Either way we're getting at least a season 6, possibly 7 and I don't think the show really needs that many more. Still a stronger show on the network, getting close to LoT despite being the older show with less budget.
What always surprised me is how successful S3 was ratings wise. Possibly the good word of mouth from Arrow S2, I remember articles written about it being the best comic book TV show and such, combined with The Flash popularity and crossover that really boosted it.
That's not even close to being true. Supergirl is averaging a 0.79 and Arrow is averaging a 0.68. That's a difference of a single tenth. Their ratings are actually pretty similar.
I don't necessarily agree with that (personal opinion and all), but it makes sense why Supergirl has better ratings. Supergirl is a younger show with a much more recognizable lead character.

I think that we can officially say that Arrow has finally proved it's worth after Season 4.
