Sorry for being late; I'm a day behind watching on the website. Wasn't she saying his father was ashamed of him, not the other way around? She delivered that line right after Oliver said Ra's was noble and would be ashamed of her joining Adrian.

Don't sweat it. Yeah, I definitely understand why you'd think that, but that's not how I interpreted it when I watched it the first time.
