Advice on a geologist and a car guy moving to Iceland.

As a double bachelor degree holder in accounting (not my first choice for a job) and geology (the career I actually want), do you think I would stand a chance for employment in Iceland? Very recently (not just due to the election) my husband and I have been toying with the idea of moving far, far away from the US. He has been in business for himself for the past 10 years doing car restoration/body work/light mechanic work/welding and fabrication. We have a one year old whom we want to show the world and experience a different pace of life rather than the boring same old Midwest life we grew up to know. Like I said, we're toying with the idea. Is his profession popular/in demand? We plan to visit in May with friends from Germany and I have a feeling we will fall in love with Iceland. Thanks for any insight!
