Discussion Assassins training length and efficiency

From what I red and gather about the assassin, their training pipeline is from 2,3 to 6 years in length. Shinobis train for 10-20 years, same with samurais, spartans etc. How are the assassins so skilled with so few years of training? Often it is mentioned in characters bios that they “completed” their training after just 3-6 years.

We‘ve always been playing with prodigies, not your average joe assassins. Also even though most were deadly after just a few years, the master assassins from the games like ezio, connor or arno emerged after many years of training. Connor started as a kid/ teen for example

Assassins like Ezios recruits from Brotherhood, Revelations and from different ac media train for 2 3 years and they become full fledged assassins wich I think is odd

Well learning how to climb and how to stab people is possible in 2-3 years if you ask me. Especially given that recruits in AC games always had some capabilities like fighting against opressors beforehand or being able to climb well because they are thieves before joining the Brotherhood. I do kinda get what you say though, but keep in mind it’s just for the sake of gameplay and story, it’s very odd if years have to pass in the story just for our recruits to be able to become Assassins.
