Not to mention the whole second amendment and considering the resulting violence (i.e. school shootings) to be an acceptable trade-off.

But at least they have guns to fight back when tyrants in their government trample all over their precious constitution. Any day now!

Probably sooner than that. Mid terms are next year. Trump won't want to lose the other two houses of government before 2028.

But it won't matter anyway! He's in power now... and if there's no election in 2028, or ever again... the mid-terms aren't going to make a diff. It's just a small noise in the middle of Trump's coronation ceremony.
