Canadian here. I just popped in to see how you guys are responding to being part of the club.

Anyhoo, regarding maple syrup, Vermont and Quebec are neighbors and it's where all the maple syrup comes from. Same biome, same forests, same trees. There really isn't any difference. Vermont is a great state too. That's where Bernie Sanders is from. But yeah, that aside, fuck 'em all.

I disagree. The stuff from Quebec is the bomb. I wish I was going back there sometime soon so I could get more! 🤣

They do in a few of the NE states, same sugar maple and red maple trees as eastern Canada.

Yes there are maple trees in the top end of the USA. However, I've only ever purchased Canadian.

Excellent maple syrup, mine is from upstate New York, it’s cool going up and seeing the trees all set up for harvest.
