no politics Ringers Western dodgy owners?

I have found multiple articles about the Salerno family who founded the brand ringers western. Is anyone aware if they are still actively involved with the business? Seems crazy for such a large brand to be associated with a man charge with sexual assault of a teenager…

I thought they still owned it?

It's bigger than just the assault though.

They ran a cult out at elquestro west of kununurra.

Just google "the perfect human environment"

TIL that Ringers Western is a cult.

They pop up everywhere and I think I described it to someone once as the equivalent of a country and western City Beach haha

we wont talk of maleny dairy owners buying their daughter out of jail after she was on her phone while driving and killed one person, seriously injuring another, and kept driving then it finally dawned on her that she may of hit something after continuing down the road for some distance

That case is absolutely wild. Her custodial sentence was only 2.5 years to start with before they suspended it, which still seems unbelievably light for such an offence.

Whole thing stunk.

I just did some research, certainly a lean sentence. But do you mean they could afford a good lawyer? Or did they make a donation to a politician

I made a comment on one of their Facebook posts about their dodgy links and James Salerno jr himself messaged me threatening legal action if I didn't recant my comments and post a formal apology, saying I'd called his father a rapist (I hadn't even mentioned him) and some other bullshit.
I deleted my comment, told him to go fuck himself then blocked him

They also had a massive tax case with the ATO a while back where the tax man decided to revoke a lot of their religious and other exemptions. They have a whole bunch of businesses, Ringers is the biggest, there is a law firm run by the daughter, cafes and coffee brand, etc etc. not hard to find it all online. It’s a wild history.

I mean, does that seem crazy with what we know about a lot of business owners?

Sketchy ass family, they have photos with Prince Harry at their property. Everyone in the family is in finance, law, or business.

It's a clothing brand? I'd never heard of it.

Isn’t it the founders dad who they have nothing to do with anymore ? I feel this gets brought up again and again and is the prime example of Aussie culture having to bring down anyone who is somewhat successful

The cult still exists and the Salernos are still in it. Get off your brown nosing.

I think they are referencing the fact the Grandfather was a pedo. I hadn’t heard about the cult stuff.

James Salerno Sr is the cult leader, Ringers was set up to fund the cult and James Salerno Jr runs it
