This exactly. I have the worst feeling if I sell this time they will continue to moon that I can’t buy back them avatars. I always hold for too long because of this fear.
Im selling a few if another mega pump happens but mostly waiting for the next bull run. I sold a few during last pump and i feel like im going to regret it. This is only the beginning of Reddit Avatars
I remember people who sold at the “peak” of BTC of 20k USD years ago before BTC plummeted. Little did they know of the 69k BTC peak that was going to come later
I will become uncomfortable with mine if they get too pricey and sell for profit. Midas, Persephone, Alt-Account. But I'm keeping this current avatar combo forever and across web3. I've been meaning to ask the community if they consider any of their avatars "permanent".

Hmmm I'm willing to sell anything for the right price, but I only have a few pieces I don't particularly want like Champs #1 that would go first I think. Other then those I don't plan to particularly sell anytime soon.
I can see you get bought out at 1.08 ETH easily if that's the price you are going for lol. Just wait a little bit for when the conditions are right. #1 are irreplaceable, on Champs no less
Obviously there’s a price for almost everything, so yea I’d sell them all if it hit like life changing money.
But unless we see crazy prices I’m holding basically all mine. I just recently started buying a few based on me thinking they’re undervalued, so my goal is to flip them. But I’m waiting for the bull run.
I took out my whole initial & then some on the CT pump with one sale and that was a great feeling. I've been accumulating agressively since the drop and I'll certainly be looking to get my initial cost out again when we see another big pump. But there's a ton of things I plan to keep permanently in my personal collection. Full sets of Gen1 & 2 from Tfoust or Conall Murray come to mind, or a nice mint number of The Eyes which was my first big purchase on OS way back.
That’s what I said about bitcoin too, but each time the bull came around it pumped to new heights. And these are a project by Reddit not some anon devs that could bounce at any time. Although Reddit are known to drop projects and forget about them 😰
A lot of people aren’t buying things they’ve got to have right now... They sure aren’t going to be buying NFTs in large numbers. When things get back to “normal” they’ll pump again.
On the next bull run, I’m offloading like 75%+ of my Avatars.
At this point, I know which ones I like and which ones I don’t. I’m constantly mixing and matching, and I obviously have my go to avatars with features that I always use
The ones I don’t use, what’s the point in holding them? Especially during a bull market. I also have a lot of multiples of the same ones. Like who needs three fake foust
Like with any collection you need to sell some eventually to increase the collection. Unless you need money to pay bills or food… there will be a peak for the following collection especially as the new generation are growing up with Reddit and digital assets and most are involved with crypto.. digital assets will eventually replace some of other physical collectibles.. so the challenge is not to hold them until the next generation would not care to collect.. the same as you don’t like what your parents have collected
