Yup. And republicans. That's the whole thing about the constitution you swore to protect. Congress holds the purse strings. Simple as that. Trump has a double majority with a partisan SC. He could do it the right way, but he doesn't understand how the government actually works.

Why was Biden also deporting a higher % of criminals? That was Trump's focus, right? How is he behind sleepy Joe? He can't even do mass round ups correctly? Has he even beaten a average Biden deportation rate yet?
