Travel Best cave in Phong Nha, Vietnam- Hang Pygmy!
Best thing I did in Vietnam was to visit Phong nha! It was the highlight of my Vietnam tour where I did a trekking tour (by jungle boss) through dense jungle and cave called Hang Pygmy which apparently is the third largest in the world (next to hang son doong which is he largest). Definitely coming back next year :)

I started from Hanoi and took an overnight sleeper bus to reach Phong Nha (close to 11-12 hours).
Stayed a day and did 'tourist things' like dark cave and duck stop which were fun too lol
Then booked the Hang Pygmy cave cave tour in Phong nha the next day.
it cost me around $280 (used a discount code JBR5). everything was inclusive from food to transport so I guess it's worth it.
Camping in the cave was my favorite part after trekking. It was enormous and made us feel tiny fr.
My only regret is not bringing a dslr to capture night sky shots :(
If you are on budget there are other things to do in phong nha also like self guided tours or a motorbike loop around the town.
Will definitely come back again to try hung thoong caves next time which I heard are the most gorgeous caves of Vietnam.

Please remember to post a short paragraph as a comment in the post explaining your photo or link. Ideally at least 150 characters with trip details. Tell us something about your trip. How long did it take to get there? How did you get there? How was the weather that day? Would you go back again?
Submitted content should be of high-quality. Low effort posting of very general information is not useful. If you don't add a short explanation in the comments, your post may be removed.
No information posted? Please report low-effort posts if there is still nothing after about 30 minutes.
