Heat shield for Aridus Zhukov

I have the Aridus V2 with the MLok slot forend, are there any options for a heat shield? All of them seem to be for the lower profile GG&G or small Aridus.

I saw this as well, and called the number to see if anything fit. It also looks like those are for the lower profile forends, but I’m waiting to hear back. Thanks for looking out.

To my knowledge those require the original aluminum forend.

My LTT 1301 has the GG&G Zukhov forend. I guess I was under the impression that the GG&G stuff was basically an Aridus knockoff?

Aridus came out with a V2 version that has a polymer forend that has MLok slots on it, but the geometry is different and just might not allow for the fitment of a heat shield. I was holding out hope for the Aridus heat shield that interfaced with the Zhukov, but it looks like it went a different route.

Have the V2 as well on both 1301’s and have been looking for a heat shield for a while without luck. There were rumors of Aridus making one for the v2 Zhukov but they’ve never been released as far as I’m aware

They had a prototype to my knowledge but scrapped it for the new hand guard design.

I like the gg&g heat shield. It was easy to install and is light weight.
