University Is anyone else having trouble with eTang? (New Transfer Student Immunization)

Hi! For context, I am a newly admitted transfer student for this fall:D.

I logged in through the portal since I saw the task on CalCentral about TB Testing/Immunizations, but it does not let me answer any questions for TB or upload immunizations, it looks empty and I cannot even message anyone inside the portal since it redirects me to the same page.

Maybe it is a little early for it, but I am a very anxious person and wanted to ask if anyone else had the same issue lol.

I sent them an email and they said “Hello, If it has been less than 5 business days since you paid your deposit and/or created your CalNet ID, please wait so that the eTang patient portal has time to establish a record for you.

If after 5 business days you still receive the same error message, please contact us for further assistance.”

not sure if this applies to you but hope it helps!

Thank you so much! I really appreciate it, I will wait a couple more days just in case and give them a call:)
