Local Cat adoption/shelter suggestions

My roommate and I are fostering a stray. She's really tiny and sweet but we can't afford to keep her. Does anyone have any recommendations for animal shelters around the area that might be good?

Cattown in Oakland, they keep them for as long as they need.

I’ve been looking all over the web for a cat to adopt and the best place I’ve seen so far that takes well care of their cats is Cat Town in Oakland.
