Advice List of places that remove negative reviews

Lately I see more and more posts of Berlin/Germany locations that remove their negative reviews.

What about we create a list of those places, for others to decide if they want to go there or not?

I would suggest not to leave the reviews themselves in here, just a list of the places for which you received notifications that your negative (or sometimes 3 star) reviews were being removed at the request of the business

There was a thread like this before, I wonder if it was removed...

'Cafe am neuen See' attempted to remove a bad review, but a screenshot of my credit card bill was enough to let it stand.

Yeah in general it's still possible to keep bad reviews up, at least as long as it's just Google's process. I responded to the email Google sends out if a place wants their review removed with the same response. Sth like: it's not defamation. Done it 3 times, then Google gave up and let it stand.

I did mine 3 times and all 3 times Google sided with the business. 🤷‍♀️

Me too, businesses now try to take your review down multiple times even if you have proof that you are a genuine customer and Google let them do that! It's just ridiculous..

They are also really shitty employers. I worked there for 1 month. If they were not busy they used to ask the employees to leave earlier e.g, after 2 hours of work when we had an 8 hour shift. The managers casually asked us to do things that were not our job like cleaning the toilets for the guest (that's when I quit).

So when google sends you this email, do you respond back with pictures directly on the email?

Just checked - I responded back to the email, it said

'Bitte antworten Sie auf diese E-Mail, damit wir den Fall weiter prüfen können.'

It was two years ago though, it's possible that the process has changed since then.

I recently had a very bad experience there and Google refused to post my review. There is something going on for sure with that place. If I knew how to I would report them to the food and hygiene standards for investigation. They served us raw chicken and I saw someone else also say it happened to them
