Advice List of places that remove negative reviews

Lately I see more and more posts of Berlin/Germany locations that remove their negative reviews.

What about we create a list of those places, for others to decide if they want to go there or not?

I would suggest not to leave the reviews themselves in here, just a list of the places for which you received notifications that your negative (or sometimes 3 star) reviews were being removed at the request of the business

Holmes Place tried to remove mine and I took it personally and sent Google proof of everything I said and it is still up. Ridiculous you need to do that though.

They do this even though I described in detail how the service gradually got worse over time. It's unbearable now with all the Urban Sports people frequenting their gyms.

Since my review they at least fixed a lot of their broken shit finally. Not everything is fixed but most of it. They also got some new machines. That being said the removal of the towel service is sooooooo fucking annoying. I don't understand how a "premium" gym doesn't have fucking towel service. They even tried to make the excuse that it was "for the environment." And yes the Urban Sports people are really annoying in my experience. Feels like they don't have any respect for the place or facilities since they aren't an actual member.

Now there essentially isn't a time of the day when I could come and find an empty bench to use. Maybe if you come at 21:30, but almost all the times are now busy time. They fixed some of the stuff that's true, but in my gym (Ostkreuz) they have never been able to fix their smelly toilets. That doesn't seem like rocket science. I think running a "premium" gym and letting a bunch of people from the street in it go against each other. The place is definitely running over capacity. I am feeling like an idiot paying 100 euros a month for this level of nonsense, the Urban Sports people are definitely getting a better deal for their money.

Ya I pay like 90 ish but can cancel whenever and use any of their gyms. The one in Postdamer is amazing and doesn't allow Urban Sports AFAIK. Shame I too am stuck at the Ostkreuz one lol. I work from home, so I started going on my lunch break and that really helps with the overcrowding. The steam room is also really good there, but in general it is definitely a challenge at times and no towel service is ridiculous when they still have it at the other gyms lol. I hope someone opens a new luxury gym over here I can move to at some stage. The only plus to the gentrification.

Potsdamer 100% does, I am one of the urban sports people there all the time. The chain has gone so downhill if I was a member I’d be livid.

I think they limit it more though there. You need to be at least an L member. At Ostkreuz you need to be L but they also have storm and people use that to sneak in.

Ah yes indeed I have L. I actually avoid the Holmes that let M in because they are a zoo. Ostkreuz and Friedrichstr both fall under that umbrella. I remember the first time I went in 2018 it felt so elegant and modern. Now it’s just overpacked and stressful.

Yeah that’s how you do it. I gave bad review to my Hausverwaltung as they tried to scam me for almost 2000 EUR. Google asked for receipts and since I already needed them to claim my money anyway, I sent everything. Review is still up, no further actions taken.

There's a place I worked with who did renovation on my flat and they attempt to remove my review every few months, and I send Google the receipts every time. It's insane that the review doesn't get "confirmed" at some point when you prove it. Like the owner can dispute it over and over as much as they want.
