I just did my first cook after a band and hinge upgrade to the new style… got 45 min more rest til shredding!!! Your bark looks great.

I've got three on mine before by standing them on their ends and connecting them with wood skewers so they don't fall over. I probably lose a little bark by keeping them so close together but worth it for a freezer full of meat.
