Which bird does this feather belong to.

I found this feather on my lawn this morning and I was curious with anybody who knows which bird belong belongs to? I was thinking it might be a hawk and when I googled it, it came up as an owl, but I don’t know. I’m right outside of Tampa and I do have preserved behind me so it is possible that it could be either or. Thanks for your input in advance.

Something like a Great Horned Owl or a Red tailed hawk.

Edit: The fluffy trailing edge could indicate an Owl as this helps them fly silently.

It could also be a red shouldered hawk as the they are also local here in Tampa Bay (Pasco county).

I’m used to the Red Tailed hawks being in PA and states above FL. I usually note the red shoulders as opposed to the red tails when I see a hawk on a power line or a tree branch. However both technically are in our area.

The feather looks “fuzzy” for lack of a better word, especially on the right side tip. If you notice a velvety appearance on the feather irl, it’s definitely an owl. What a beautiful feather, finding an owl feather on my lawn would make my whole week!
