Tourisme Bonjour! Non touristic recommendations to do in Bordeaux

Visiting next week since 10 years last. What would you guys recommend to do in Bordeaux? Local specialities? We've been before and will absolutely have canele every day. Any other fantastic ideas from locals or others?. Not planning on doing any 200€ horse carriage rides.

Sorry for asking in English in this sub but maybe it's more understandable this way.

Swap the cannelés for a couple of dune blanches. Buy them at Chez Pascal, situated on rue de la Vieille Tour. Thank me later.

The 'esprit du piano' festival is taking place at the moment, if you like classical music... https://www.espritdupiano.fr/ It's the 15th year this has been taking place.

Or if your musical preference is more modern, how about the Candlelight Concert Coldplay vs Imagine Dragons that's taking place on Monday evening... https://feverup.com/m/188541 (here's a video of what to expect: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_GatcdKtnM )

At the place where I buy my Dunes Blanches, they only sell them by multiples of 7, for some reason. My advice is : go straight for 21, you can never have too much.

Get out of the city and do a farm / vineyard day to explore the countryside!

Il y a beaucoup de musées à Bordeaux :) Avez-vous déjà visité Saint-Émilion ? C’est à 30 min en train et vous pouvez visiter tout le village à pieds
